The petitioner was an endorser for the Princess Restaurant Inc. Metamora Club and Cafe Regence, Inc.

Among the creditors [listed with amounts owed]. This is the second petition of bankruptcy filed by the petitioner. The first was in January 1912, and a discharge was subsequently granted.
