August 23, 1916 CASE AGAINST BUSTANOBY DISMISSED The adjourned case in which Jacques Bustanoby, manager of Bustanoby's restaurant, 1845 Broadway, was summoned to court to answer the complaints of neighbors who took exception to noises in the restaurant at unseasonable hours, again came before Magistrate Krotel yesterday in the Yorkville Court. The case was dismissed when John T. Mulholland, attorney for the complaintants, said the nuisance had been abated. However, it was understood that the right of asking for another summons was reserved in case the noises should again cause annoyance. |
