October 12, 1925 PATROLMAN HELD IN $10,000 BAIL Charged with attacking Mrs. Jacques Bustanoby in her automobile at Convent Avenue and 128th Street last Friday night, patrolman John J. Hart of 165 West 126th Street attached to Traffic A, was held at $10,000 bail by Magistrate George W. Simpson in the Washington Heights Courts yesterday. The hearing was adjourned until October 20th. Mrs. Bustanoby was not in court. She had identified Hart in a lineup of traffic policemen Saturday afternoon.
