ACCUSER'S ILLNESS DELAYS HART CASE

Owing to the illness of Mrs. Jacques Bustanoby, the case against Patrolman John J. Hart, attached to Traffic A, was adjourned yesterday until Nov. 12 by Magistrate Goodman. Hart, who is married and lives at 565 West 126th Street, is charged with attempting to attack Mrs. Bustanoby in her automobile on the evening of Oct. 9.
